When you use the Soon platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information:

Log data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, timestamps, and other standard server log information.
Usage data — features used, interaction patterns, session duration, and other analytics data collected through PostHog (only with your consent).
Error data — technical error reports collected through Sentry to help us identify and resolve issues. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
Device information — device type, screen resolution, and browser settings.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as when you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, when a team administrator adds you to their organization, or when you connect third-party calendar or scheduling services.

Our Use of Cookies

We use essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of our platform. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are only placed with your explicit consent. We do not use advertising cookies. How We Use Personal Data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Soon platform and its features

Google Limited Use Disclosure

Soon’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we limit our use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in our application’s user interface. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers — We share data with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating the platform, including PostHog (analytics, EU-hosted, consent-gated), Sentry (error monitoring, no PII), and Resend (transactional email).
Team members — Information you share within your team or organization on the platform is visible to other members of that team as determined by team settings.
Legal requirements — We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
