GDPR

Our Commitment
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the most comprehensive EU data privacy law in decades. It gives EU citizens more control over their personal data and strengthens the rules that organizations must follow when handling that data.
Soon Technologies B.V. is a European company, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 75939401), with its registered office at Herengracht 420, 1017 BZ Amsterdam. We are fully committed to GDPR compliance and have built our platform and practices with privacy by design.
Soon’s Promises to You
We take your privacy seriously. Here is what we promise:
- We will delete your data on request. If you ask us to delete your personal data, we will do so promptly and confirm when it has been completed. You can make this request at any time by emailing us.
- For team data, we will communicate with the team owner. If your data is part of a team or organization account, we will coordinate with the team owner to handle your request in accordance with GDPR requirements.
- We give 100% effort to GDPR compliance. We continuously review and improve our data protection practices. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with the GDPR.
- We are a European company. Soon Technologies B.V. is registered in the Netherlands and subject to EU data protection laws. GDPR compliance is not optional for us — it is the law.
- GDPR coverage regardless of your location. We extend GDPR-level data protection to all our users, regardless of where you are located. Everyone deserves strong privacy protections.
- We will never sell your data. Your personal data is not for sale. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.
- Our databases are within the EU. Your data is stored on servers located within the European Union, ensuring it remains under the protection of EU data privacy laws.
- We carefully select our service providers. Where we use non-EU service providers, we ensure they offer equivalent data protection. Our analytics provider PostHog runs on EU infrastructure (eu.i.posthog.com) and is only activated with user consent. Our error monitoring provider Sentry processes only technical error data without personally identifiable information.
- We will answer your privacy questions. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, our team is here to help. Reach out to us at any time and we will respond promptly.
- We will report data breaches. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals in accordance with GDPR requirements (within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach).
